How I Work

Hypnosis is the process of inducing a trance. This is a natural state of mind, where your conscious mind relaxes and enables your subconscious mind to become open and receptive to suggestions, which are designed to help you. Hypnotherapy addresses the root cause of your problem, to effectively help you to make changes.

Having been taught by world renowned, celebrity therapist, speaker and author, Marisa Peer, I am a graduate and Master Practitioner of Rapid Transformational Change. Using the Marisa Peer Method I help people resolve their issues in only one or two sessions. These can be held in one of my therapy rooms in London or Cheltenham, or in the comfort of your own home, via Skype.

Initially, we will have a brief chat over the phone, to establish your reasons for seeking hypnotherapy, after which we will book you in for your session. A session can last anything from 90-120 minutes. During the session I will put you into a deep relaxing trance. This is nothing to worry about as it’s a state we experience all the time; if you’ve ever day dreamed, or become so absorbed in a book or film that you lose track of time, you have already experienced this natural state of mind.

You will remain in control at all times, as we identify the causes of your unwanted emotions or behaviours by accessing your subconscious mind which stores every detail of your life, just like the hard-drive of a computer. Once we understand the root cause of the issue you can be released from any negative beliefs that are holding you back.

During the session, I make a bespoke hypnosis recording, which you must then play for the next 21 days. Over this period your progress will be supported to ensure that new positive, empowering thoughts become embedded in your mind and keep you Changed for Good.
